IMPORTANT NOTICE: Faith Lutheran Voters’ Meeting

Sunday, August 23 | Between Services | Church Gym

The Faith Board of Elders is calling a Voters’ Meeting for ALL Faith Lutheran voters on Sunday, August 23rd, between services, for the purpose of extending a Divine Call for our next pastor. This is a very important meeting, and all voters are strongly encouraged to attend.

Next Week Pastor Kumm Out of Town

Pastor Kumm will be gone from Monday through Thursday next week (August 10-13). Pastor Urbach may be contacted for pastoral emergencies and will lead the Wednesday evening worship service.

Taking Faith’s Mission on the Road to the Rally

This Saturday, August 8 | Leave at 5:00 am From the Church | Travel to Sturgis
Faith volunteers will pile into the church van and head to Blessed Emmanuel Lutheran in Sturgis to help serve meals to Rally-goers. Please keep this mission group in your prayers as they hit the road bright and early Saturday morning!

Backpack School Supply Project

Deadline: This Sunday, August 9

REMINDER: If you checked out a backpack to fill with school supplies, this Sunday is the deadline to return the filled backpacks. Be sure to note on the sheet that you have returned it. Thank you to everyone who is helping with this important mission project for local school kids in need!

Ladies’ Fun Night

This Coming Monday, August 10 | 6:00 pm | Salt, Inc.

REMINDER: If you’re signed up to attend the Ladies’ Fun Night, it will be held at Salt, Inc., located in the Harrison Hill Plaza at 1601 N. Harrison (which is near the Bank West branch office). The cost of $18 per person for the Pasta Bar dinner will be payable that evening to Salt, Inc.

Forever Young Monthly Potluck

Thursday, August 20 | Noon | Church Gym

Make some new friends! If you’re 55 or older, we invite you to join us at the Forever Young Potluck. Bring a favorite hot dish, salad or dessert to share. A beverage will be provided.
