WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY: GIVE US THE SCOOP!

Faith is a busy congregation! We want to make sure everyone knows about opportunities to participate, whether it’s in mission projects, volunteer activities, fundraisers, or social events for all ages.

To help us keep everyone in the loop, please provide information to Helen in the church office at least a month before your event or activity, if possible. Simply fill out the form below and hit Submit, or drop off your information at the church office.

How the information will be used:

Your event will be added to the church calendar. In addition, it may appear in/on the following church platforms:

• Worship bulletin
• Newsletter
• E-news
• Facebook page
• Website
• Digital sign on Euclid Ave
• TV monitors in the church

Some key information to provide:

Invalid Submission Values

Who is hosting this event? Examples: Board of Missions, Berea Circle, Faith Preschool, or LYF. If a group isn’t hosting it and it’s an annual church event, please just type Church Event. (required)

What is the Event? The name of the activity. For example, Men’s Retreat, Reservation Clothing Donation Project, Diaper Derby, or LYF Fundraiser. (required)

When is the Event? Please provide the date and time. If it is a project that takes place over a period of time, please indicate that. For example: The month of March. (required)

Where is the Event? If it’s to be held in the church, please include the room if known. It’s it off-site, please provide the location, including address. (required)

Why - Describe the Event? Provide a brief overview of the activity or event. If it is a fundraiser, please indicate what you’re selling and if you’re asking the congregation to supply items such as baked goods. If it’s a mission project, include details about what you’re asking the congregation to do, and who will benefit. (required)

Additional Information? Some things to include, if applicable:
1. How to register, and the deadline.
2. Who is invited to attend or participate - for example, is it for adults or youth, men or women, is everyone in the congregation invited, is it open to the general public.
3. Is attendance/participation free or is there a cost to participate
4. Are you seeking donations of items or money?
5. Are you looking for volunteers to assist and, if so, what will they be doing? Do they need to bring tools or supplies of some sort? Approximately how much time will they be helping?
