Join us on a memorable Bus Trip to Branson, Missouri!
5 DAYS, 4 NIGHTS - 3 AMAZING SHOWS!

Tentative dates: Tuesday through Saturday, December 1st to 5th (alt. 8th to 12th), 2026.
There is a sign up sheet in Narthex. Price is based on 32 passengers, and we are limited to 40 people.
Travel via the Faith Lutheran motor coach.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (subject to change):
Day 1: Leave Pierre Tuesday 9:00 am for Missouri. Lunch (Sioux Falls), rest-stop (IA), Dinner (St Joseph MO). Spend the evening at (TBD).
Day 2: Continental breakfast. Wed. 9am depart for Branson, MO. Check in at Hotel Grand Victorian. Possibly 3:30 show. 5:30p group buffet dinner (TBD). 6:30p depart for Clay Cooper Country Express show.
Day 3: Continental breakfast. Thu. 9am depart for show (TBD). Group lunch (TBD). Afternoon free, or Downtown shopping, or scenic bus drive TBD. Group buffet dinner. 6:30p depart for 7:30p show.
Day 4: Continental breakfast. 9am depart Branson for St Joseph (or Omaha TBD). Perhaps a stop at Precious Moments Chapel, Carthage, MO. Lunch stop. Rest stop. Check in at motel. Dinner options to be determined.
Day 5: Continental breakfast. 9am depart for Pierre, SD. Lunch (Sioux Falls TBD).
ESTIMATED TOTAL COSTS: $750 per person (based on double occupancy rooms)
$175 Travel plus $190 for the Group Event Fees need to paid to Faith Lutheran (subject to change as we are still finalizing the itinerary and show reservations)
Travel Cost - We will request a reimbursement of travel costs of $175 per person (payable to Faith Lutheran). Note: We are licensed as a "Not For Hire" motor coach and therefore cannot put together a typical travel package for profit. This request is a reimbursement/suggested donation for the trip travel costs. All other costs are on your own.
Event Show Fees - We are planning three (3) shows. As a group, the church has to pre-purchase these tickets and request reimbursement from each person. Estimated $190 to be reimbursed.
The following estimated cost items will be paid by the traveler to the vendors.
Lodging - Estimated at $60 per night, x 5 nights. That's $300 each assuming double occupancy (or $600 for individual private rooms). Motels: We will make the group reservations for a block of motel rooms but you will then book and pay directly for your room as adjusted for your party, whether single, double, family, etc.
Meals - Estimated at $30/day x 5 days. While traveling, we will make stops every few hours, often at truck stops which will have fast food chains nearby. Breakfasts will most likely be continental at the motel. Lunches on your own at the event for the day. Evening dinners we could try to do group meals, but you will pay your own meal ticket directly (unless included in a dinner-show fee).
Bus drivers are donating their time. Any remaining proceeds or tips will go to future mission trips.
DEADLINE:
If you are interested but not sure, let us know anyway. We need to have you on the list or you could lose your spot, so please sign up in the narthex or contact the office to get on the list. Once we hit 40, we are full and we will start a waiting list. At that point, we will contact you with further registration instructions.
We will be in touch by October 15 regarding the trip status. At that time, we will finalize the itinerary, require registrations and a deposit by October 30 to secure your spot so we can finalize our group reservations.
First come, first serve. This is open to the public. You may invite other friends and family.
